Clean Nd Simple Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. To ensure smooth scheduling for all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $50 fee to cover the lost time.

We make exceptions for emergencies, such as illness (for yourself, family, or pets) or other unforeseen situations—just let us know.
